We build our wine list with care and love. It's a journey that has only just begun. A journey we invite you to join us on. - It began when we set out to open Restaurant UVA with the vision of becoming a reference for those who love fantastic wines from around the world and delicious Italian food.
"Uva" means grapes in Italian and passion for wine is what drives us. There is always a trained Sommelier on the floor, but our goal is not to be snobbish about the wine, but to respect our guests' own taste.
We will provide a special experience that is not only about food and wine combinations, but also about telling the stories, anecdotes and everything that makes wine the most exciting beverage in human history.
