We build our wine list with care and love. It's a dream we invite you to join in. - The same dream that began when we embarked on project UVA with the vision of becoming a reference for those who love fantastic wines from around the world and delicious Italian food.
Passion for wine is what drives us. There is always a trained Sommelier on the floor, but our goal is not to be snobbish about the wine, but to respect our guests' own taste.
We will provide a special experience that is not only about food and wine combinations, but also about telling the stories, anecdotes and everything that makes wine the most exciting beverage in human history.
